PAYMENT

 

Payments and refunds are settled in euros (EUR). You can pay with the following means of payment. However, there is no entitlement to always being offered all or specific payment methods.

 

CREDIT CARD

 

For payment by credit card, we accept the credit card types VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. When ordering with VISA and MASTERCARD, you will be taken to a certified 3D Secure encrypted payment page from our external payment provider. Credit from returns will be returned to the credit card used for the original order.

 

PAYPAL

 

When paying via PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site during the ordering process, where you can find out and submit your email address or payment address and payment options. After successful payment, you will be taken back to the MOODSTORIES ordering process, which will then complete the order successfully. Credits from returns will be returned to your PayPal account. KLARNA - PURCHASE ON INVOICE

 

If you would like to order on account, please select the "Invoice" option in the "Payment method" order step. When processing the purchase on account, we use the service from KLARNA. With purchase on account, you can conveniently order your goods online and pay for them upon receipt.

 

KLARNA - IMMEDIATE TRANSFER

 

Sofortüberweisung is offered by our payment provider KLARNA and is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking data. You select your country and your bank, log in to your online banking. The data is then transmitted to your bank in encrypted form. Some banks will send you an additional confirmation PIN on your smartphone, which you have to use once to confirm the transaction. As soon as the bank transfer was successful, the order is triggered and shipped.

SHIPPING

 

We deliver orders throughout Europe and worldwide (except Russia and Belarus).

Your order will be shipped via DHL to the delivery address you provided.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Germany: 0 € (1-2 working days)

For deliveries outside of Germany and within Europe, we charge €15.00 shipping costs per order.

Depending on the order volume, the costs can vary both up and down.

 

All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day.

 

Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

 

If goods are returned to us due to non-delivery, a second postage fee will be charged on redelivery. If no one is available upon delivery to the delivery address, a card will be left with instructions for redelivery and/or collection. The customer is responsible for organizing a new delivery.

 

Delivery times outside of Germany cannot be guaranteed.

For all orders over 150 euros, gift packaging is included with delivery. If your order is a smaller quantity and you require gift packaging, we will be happy to provide this for you, just let us know by email at de@moodstories.info
