Refunds
We hope you like everything you order from MOODSTORIES. But if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it.
You can return the goods received within 14 days without giving any reason.
Your order does not contain a pre-printed return label from DHL.
- For returns from Germany, we charge € 12.00 to process the return, subject to a full refund of your order. Provided it is a partial return and you are not returning your entire order, the return is completely free for you.
For returns from other countries, you send the return yourself at the rates of your postal company.

For returns, MOODSTORIES does not refund the original shipping costs.
To make a return, you can contact us at de@moodstories.info. Next, we will send you a return label.
Important: If you have requested to return an item at the end of the return period (14 days), you must complete the return within three business days of receiving the return label. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Items you return must be unworn, unwashed and in good condition. All items returned to us are tested. More details below:
(1) Items may be tried on but not worn or washed. The product and all accessories must be in the same condition you received it in. There should be no stains or damage, labels should be intact.
(2) Original packaging must be included. You are allowed to open the packaging, but it must remain intact (i.e. open packaging carefully, do not try to tear it open).
(3) If you purchased a set, you must return all parts of the set for a full refund (for example, if a beautiful belt came with a dress, you must return the belt as well). We do not accept kit partial orders for returns.
(4) For hygiene reasons, we do not refund the following items unless they are defective:
- Nightwear
- Tights
- Swimwear and underwear
If the returned goods do not meet the above requirements, the seller has the right to refuse the return.
Important:
1. Make sure that the package you are returning does not accidentally contain any items that are not from MOODSTORIES. We are not obliged to return these items to you.
When returning from a non-EU country, be sure to indicate on the commercial invoice that this is a return of goods. Unmarked returns may be held by customs and delay the refund. You can use any postal service of your choice. Please do not forget to send us the tracking number. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend that you send it by registered mail with tracking or another shipping that requires a signature upon delivery.
Only items purchased from the MOODSTORIES online shop will be accepted for return.
Any unauthorized product returned will be sent back to the sender.
Item exchanges are not possible. Send us the item in question and place a new order.
